Planning a fundraising event for a registered charity? Our Charity Fundraiser Package provides everything you need for a successful evening at a reduced rate to support your cause.

This package is designed for genuine fundraising events - we've helped raise tens of thousands of pounds for local and national charities through auctions, raffles, quiz nights, casino evenings, and celebration events.

Capacity: Up to 80 guests (additional staffing required for 80-120 guests)


Eligibility

This discounted package is available for:

  • Registered UK charities (charity number required)

  • Fundraising events where proceeds benefit the charity

  • Events organised by charity supporters or volunteers

Not available for: Private celebrations, corporate events, or general parties

  • Up to 120 silent disco headphones with DJ/manager

  • The Bus Stop Jukebox

  • PA system and microphones for speeches and announcements

  • Projector and screen (perfect for displaying fundraising totals)

Optional Extras

  • Extend to midnight: £220

  • Vintage photo booth (digital): £150

  • Photo booth with unlimited printing: £275

  • Karaoke: £85 per hour

  • Live music tech support: ask for quote

Booking Details

Available: Thursday and Friday evenings
Saturday fundraisers: Please enquire - we may accommodate if it doesn't conflict with weddings

To book:

  • Charity registration number required

  • Brief description of your fundraising plans

  • 25% deposit secures your date

  • Balance due 2 months before event
