Sometimes a change of scenery makes all the difference. The Hall offers a beautiful Grade II* listed space that encourages people to engage, contribute, and think differently.

Our venue works brilliantly for board meetings, training sessions, away days, workshops, and small conferences. Natural light, high ceilings, and thoughtful acoustics create an atmosphere where ideas flow naturally. We've hosted everyone from Exeter University and Devon & Cornwall Police to local law firms, accountants, and Exeter City Football Club.

Capacity: From intimate groups of 10 to 100 guests theatre-style, or 86 seated with tables for workshops. See our seating plans  for configuration options.

Venue Hire Pricing

Weekday Rates (Monday-Friday)

Daytime sessions:

  • Morning (08:00-12:30): £150

  • Afternoon (13:00-16:30): £150

  • Full daytime (08:00-16:30): £250

Extended hours:

  • Evening (Sunday-Thursday, 17:00-22:00): £200

  • Extended day (Monday-Thursday, 08:00-22:00): £450

Weekend Rates

  • Saturday daytime (08:00-16:30): £350

  • Sunday rates: Same as weekday

Tea & Coffee Service - £3 per person, per service

Professional refreshment service delivered when you need it ,
on arrival, at breaks, or throughout the day.

Each service includes:

  • Freshly brewed tea and coffee

  • Milk and plant-based alternatives

  • Selection of biscuits

  • Filtered Water in Glass bottles

Choose your timing:

  • Single service (arrival or break): £3pp

  • Two services (e.g., morning + afternoon): £6pp

  • Served throughout the day: £9pp

Bel's Kitchen

Our catering partner Bel's Kitchen provides excellent food for corporate events - from working lunches, sandwiches and buffets to full conference catering.

Isy is well known as one of the region's best private chefs and can create menus tailored to your requirements and dietary needs.

Alternative Catering Option

Bring your own cold food: £30 fee

  • No kitchen access provided

  • All packaging and waste must be removed by you on the same day

  • Suitable for sandwich platters, cold buffets, or delivered meals

To help with budgeting, here are some real-world examples:

Board meeting for 12 (afternoon):
Venue £150 + refreshments £36 = £186

Half-day workshop for 30 (with lunch):
Venue £150 + refreshments £180 = £330 plus catering

Full-day training for 40 until 4:30pm :
Venue £250 + refreshments £240 = £490 + catering
