Contact Improvisation is a dance form focused on physical contact and shared movement, evolving from spontaneous physical dialogues between two or more people. It's characterised by a dynamic interplay of weight, balance, and momentum, explored through rolling, falling, and supporting each other.

This is a space to drop in to the experience and the power of singing together in harmony.
Peace songs, spirituals, and meditation songs, songs to be sung as prayers, as energetic intentions for good, being sent out to each other and the world.

Thula Mama is a harmony singing group for mothers and their new babies, drawing on songs and chants from around the globe for an uplifting experience in a friendly community of Mamas.
No particular singing ability or experience is necessary, and songs are passed on orally, so no need to read music.
